Took our test on Chapter 4. Gave out an Extreme Dot to Dot handout to work on. This will be due during the second week of school when we come back in January. On our first day of school in January I will tell you when during the second week of school it will due. Make sure you color the Extreme Dot to Dot picture when you are done. 
Went over the Chapter 4 Practice Test today in class. Students should have all the correct answers. I will collect the practice test tomorrow. I passed out a 3 X 5 card/paper in class. You may write whatever you want on the card to help you on the test tomorrow. Think of this a a "cheat sheet." You are not allowed to attach anything to the paper using glue, staples, post it, paper clip, etc. Don't forget to bring the 3 X 5 card. tomorrow for the test on Chapter 4
Had the period to work on the Chapter 4 Practice Test. Will go over it tomorrow in class. Last test of the semester is on Thursday. Don't forget that the Area and Perimeter Name Project is due tomorrow.
Don't forget we have our Chapter 4 Test on Thursday. Also, the Area and Perimeter Name Project is due on Wednesday. Spent the period going to ixl.com and completing under 6th Grade ff.12 Area of Compound Figures with Triangles. Need to get 80 points.
Spent the period working on the Area and Perimeter Name Project. This will be due next Wednesday. Please make sure you are following the directions. On Thursday we will be having a test on Chapter 4.
Started working on the Area and Perimeter Name Project. We will continue working on this tomorrow. Next Thursday December 15th we will be having a test on Chapter 4.
Went to ixl.com and worked on under 6th grade ff.8 Area of Trapezoid. Had the 30 minutes to work on this. Need to get at least 80 points to get full credit. I am available in the morning before school starting at 8 am if you need to use an iPad. We will be having a test on Chapter 4 next week.
Went over 3.4 Extension Area of Composite Figures. Assignment for today is to go to Big Ideas through Clever and Complete 3.4 Area of Composite Figures. Had 15 minutes in class to work on this. We will be having a test on Chapter 4 sometime next week.
Talked about 4.3 Area of Trapezoids. Went to Big Ideas through Clever to work on 4.3 Area of Trapezoids. Had 20 minutes in class to work on it.
