Hi! Welcome to David A Brown Middle School and Math Course 1. This blog is where you will find out information about this class such as what we will be doing each day, what assignments you have, when there will be tests and quizzes and any handouts you will need to complete your assignments.
In class today you got your first homework assignment for the class. It will be due this Friday. The assignment is called Mathography. You will be writing me a letter based on the handout I passed out today. I would like the letter to be typed on the computer, or written in ink. Do not write your letter in pencil. If you would like to email me your assignment you may do so.. My school email is paul.brown@leusd.k12.ca.us. In your email, please make sure you tell me who you are (first and last name). When you complete this assignment, please make sure it is in the format of a letter. If you choose to email me your letter, please write in a document and attach it to the email. Below is a copy of the Mathography handout.
I passed out a letter to students to give to your parents. Below is a copy of that letter.
Talked about the Website Scavenger Hunt Extra Credit Assignment which is due this Friday at Midnight. Remember all the answers to the questions can be found on this website. Have fun!
