Had another Catch Up Day for students to work on missing assignments.
Started taking notes on 2.6 Dividing Decimals. Assignment for today is pg. 97. #14-23. Had 20 minutes in class to work on this. Due tomorrow.
Continued taking notes on 2.5 Multiplying Decimals. Went over how to multiplyi a decimal times a decimal. Assignment for today is pg. 90. #34-35, 38-40, 43, 45 from the textbook. Had 15 minutes in class to work on this. Will go over this tomorrow in class.
Started taking notes on 2.5 Multiplying Decimals. Went over how to multiply a decimal times a whole number. Assignment for today is pg. 89 #13-21, 24, 28 from the textbook. Please solve one problem in a box. Don't forget to put your answer in a sentence for the word problem. Had 20 minutes in class to work on this.
Had another Catch Up Day to work on missing assignments. Emptied the no name pile today.
Got your Fractions Test back today. If you got below a C- (D+, D, D-, or F I need a parent signature on the testy. If this applies to you, you may try to raise up your grade to a C- by correctly fixing all the problems you got wrong on a separate piece of paper showing your work. Do this and I can raise up your grade. I need this by Thursday November 14th. If you were absent and didn't take the test, you need to come talk to me to arrange a time to make up the test. I generally do make ups in the morning before school.
