Started talking about 3.1 Algebraic Expressions. Assignment for today is to do pg. 115. #8-13. Students had 15 minutes in class to work on this. Remember if you got below a C- (D+, D, D-, or F) on the Decimals Test we took before Thanksgiving Break, I need a parent signature. If this applies to you, you may try to raise up your grade to a C- by correctly fixing all the problems you got wrong on a separate piece of paper showing your work. Do this and I can raise up your grade. I need this by Friday December 2nd. If you need to make up the test please come talk to me so we can arrange a time for you to make up the test. The Mystery Graph Picture #3 that you got before Thanksgiving is due on Friday December 2nd. Please make sure you color it when you are done.

Went over the Decimals Practice Test today in class. Students should have all the correct answers. I will collect the practice test tomorrow. I passed out a 3 X 5 card/paper in class. You may write whatever you want on the card to help you on the test tomorrow. Think of this a a "cheat sheet." You are not allowed to attach anything to the paper using glue, staples, post it, paper clip, etc. Don't forget to bring the 3 X 5 card. tomorrow for out test on Decimals

Worked on 2.6 Dividing Decimals Handout. For this handout do problem 6-12. Students had 25 minutes to work on this. Don't forget that Activity 23 handout is due tomorrow.
Continued looking at 2.6 Dividing Decimals. Talked about how to divide a decimal by a decimal. Assignment for today is pg.98. #36-43. Had about 20 minutes in class to finish.
