.Finished taking notes on 1.1 Whole Number Operations..  Logged onto Clever and went to the Big Ideas App.   Your assignment for today on the Big Ideas App is 1.1 Whole Number Operations (pg. 7 #8-9, 11, 13-14, 16-19, 21, 23-25  from the textbook.). As you are answering these on the app you need to solve the problems showing your work on a piece of paper  I showed you how to fold your paper when solving the problems.  I call this "making boxes."  We folded our paper in half three times.  In the upper right box you always need to put your first and last name, Period you have math, the date, and the assignment.  One problem goes in a box including all the work your do for that problem.  For the word problems, please put your answer in a sentence.  Problems 8, 9, and 11 are word problems.  Had 20 minutes in class to work on this.  This is due tomorrow.   Please make sure you submit your answers in the big ideas app when you are done.  In the upper right hand corner is your name.  If you click on your name it will give you an option to sumbit your answers.  Only do this when you are done with your assignment.   This is due by the time you get to class tomorrow.  I will be collecting the paper where you solved the problems tomorrow in class.  If you don't have access to doing this at home, I am available in the morning before school from 8:00 to 8:30 in the morning for your to use an iPad.  Had 20 minutes in class to work on this.  The completed notes for 1.1 can be found in the tabe directly under the tab for this Advanced Course 1 Blog.  I will keep adding the notes we take in the tab as the year progresses.
